To comprehensively summarize and showcase the training achievements of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s (CNHTC) “Young Talent Foundation Building Program,” commend outstanding individuals and units during the internship phase, and encourage young employees to shoulder their responsibilities in the Group’s new journey of high-quality development, CNHTC successfully held its 2025 New Employee Internship Commendation Conference and “Gathering New Strength, Igniting the Future” themed cultural performance on January 7th. Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and Liu Zhengtao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CNHTC, attended the event and delivered speeches and presented awards. Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and General Manager of CNHTC, also presented awards. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the meeting and read out the commendation decision.

He emphasized that the sustainable development of an enterprise cannot be separated from solid talent support.
