Sinotruk Group's Green and Intelligent Products Exhibition Held in Hanoi, Vietnam

On July 21st, the Shandong Heavy Industry Group’s Green and Intelligent Product Exhibition, themed “Technology Empowering, Equipment for a Better Future,” officially opened in Hanoi, Vietnam. Wang Zhijian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Partners from 62 countries around the world witnessed the Group’s full range of green and intelligent high-end equipment solutions for all scenarios. This is also Shandong Heavy Industry’s first international exhibition focusing on new energy and digital intelligence overseas.

This exhibition will be held at the Hanoi Convention and Exhibition Center from July 21st to 22nd, showcasing a variety of products including green and intelligent power systems, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, warehousing equipment, and power energy. It covers application scenarios such as smart logistics, smart passenger transport, smart mining, smart construction, smart agriculture, and green energy, and features five special technology zones: pure electric, hydrogen electric, hybrid electric, alternative fuels, and intelligent driving. The exhibition will be open to the public on the afternoon of July 22nd.

Weichai will showcase its diverse power technology products, covering new energy power, electric energy, hybrid electric, and multi-fuel power, providing integrated solutions for all scenarios of green power + distributed energy + intelligent connectivity. For the first time, it will exhibit its integrated “source, grid, load, storage, and control” energy solution for mining scenarios. Hande Axle will exhibit two electric drive axle products, specifically designed for the Southeast Asian market, suitable for trucks, buses, and other products, meeting various working conditions. Zhuzhou Gear showcased an electric drive axle specifically developed for 3.5-ton light trucks, compatible with electric motorcycle drive assemblies in Vietnam, as well as mass-produced electric drive assemblies and reducer assemblies for new energy passenger vehicles.

Commercial Vehicles: Customized Solutions for All Scenarios, Empowering Green Transportation Upgrades

China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) presented 29 new energy vehicles covering six scenarios: port transportation, resource transportation, long-haul transportation, urban construction, camping and off-roading, and urban logistics. These vehicles encompass pure electric, range-extended, and hydrogen energy technologies, offering customized solutions for different operating conditions. CNHTC also systematically showcased its after-sales service system covering the entire vehicle lifecycle, helping customers improve efficiency and reduce costs. From products to energy to services, CNHTC possesses a complete ecosystem capability to provide customers with one-stop solutions for the implementation of new energy commercial vehicles.

Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck Group (Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck) has created a new energy green transportation matrix covering all scenarios and all technology routes, encompassing pure electric charging, battery swapping, and hybrid technologies. These are suitable for core heavy-duty truck usage scenarios in Southeast Asia, such as long-haul logistics, port short-haul transportation, engineering construction, urban construction mixing, and mining transportation.

Zhongtong Bus, closely aligned with Vietnam’s policy direction of accelerating the electrification of public transportation, showcased its pure electric lineup covering urban trunk lines, community micro-circulation, and intercity tourism scenarios. Emphasizing high environmental adaptability, low total lifecycle costs, and intelligent safety, Zhongtong aims to create a practical and reliable solution.

Yaxing Bus’s new energy vehicles focus on tourism and group travel scenarios with high requirements for range, luggage loading, and intelligent safety, as well as business reception, intercity passenger transport, and group travel scenarios in high-end global markets such as Europe.

Weichai New Energy Commercial Vehicles’ pure electric trucks cover multiple scenarios including intercity logistics, urban delivery, and last-mile logistics. Built on a purely forward-developed pure electric platform, they outperform “converted from gasoline” products in terms of overall vehicle layout, center of gravity control, and energy consumption.

Construction Machinery: Intelligent Equipment Matrix, Reshaping the New Paradigm of Green Construction

Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. showcased 11 complete machines and an intelligent cockpit, focusing on new energy and intelligent technology. It presented a full-size electric matrix of pure electric loaders, pure electric bulldozers, and pure electric excavators, creating an integrated solution of “single-machine intelligence + remote intelligent control” to meet the intelligent upgrade needs of overseas construction sites, demonstrating its strength in integrated solutions for a full range of green and intelligent construction machinery.

Lovol Heavy Industry exhibited 6 new energy equipment models, comprehensively showcasing its “integrated new energy complete solution for loading, excavating, and transporting” around green mining and smart construction scenarios. The products cover multiple technology routes including pure electric and tractor-mounted electric, precisely matching the core needs of green mining and infrastructure construction.

Agricultural Equipment: Integrating Green and Intelligent New Technologies, Deeply Cultivating All Scenarios of Modern Agriculture

At this exhibition, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture showcased 10 core star products, directly addressing the real pain points of global agricultural production, providing full-scenario operation solutions covering multiple sub-conditions, and demonstrating the company’s cutting-edge technology and R&D strength in the fields of intelligent and green agricultural machinery. Among them, the tractor lineup is particularly impressive, featuring not only a 410-horsepower hybrid heavy-duty tractor suitable for large-scale, high-intensity agricultural operations, but also a zero-emission pure electric platform tractor suitable for orchard planting and refined municipal operations. Weichai Lovol’s smart agriculture AI model achieves a closed-loop process of “monitoring-decision-execution-feedback,” making it the first company in China to establish a complete smart agriculture data chain.

Smart Logistics: AI-Powered Warehousing Revolution, Ushering in a New Era of Efficiency and Agility

KION presents a complete automated internal logistics solution, primarily including a new energy vehicle product matrix and an AI-powered intelligent warehouse. The AI-powered intelligent warehouse, centered on KION’s self-developed MyMA full-stack software platform, enables six-way shuttle and dynamic reconfiguration of storage locations, improving space utilization by approximately 30% compared to traditional warehousing systems. The system incorporates artificial intelligence algorithms, transforming warehousing from passive execution to intelligent decision-making, enabling agile responses to various changes.

Power Energy: Full Spectrum of Power Generation Equipment + Smart Microgrids Unlock New Global Power Supply Solutions

The power energy exhibition area showcased generator sets for various fuels, including diesel, natural gas, and heavy oil, as well as a newly developed microgrid solution. Among the highlights were the 16M55 diesel generator set, the 12M33 containerized diesel generator set, the 8WH28 heavy oil generator set, the 16M33 containerized natural gas generator set, and the 20M55 natural gas generator set, all of which can be widely applied to data centers, large-scale infrastructure projects, and isolated power supply.

The microgrid solution attracted particular attention at the event. This solution targets the market demand for accelerated global computing infrastructure development, the widespread adoption of zero-carbon industrial parks, and the intelligent upgrading of remote mining areas. It deeply integrates hybrid energy power plants, mobile photovoltaics, energy storage, integrated energy storage and charging systems, and SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) power generation systems, providing customers with a low-cost, low-emission, and highly reliable one-stop, implementable, and fully closed-loop power energy solution.
