On July 21, 2026, the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) New Energy Partner Conference, themed “Leap Forward, Connect, and Lead,” was successfully held in Hanoi, Vietnam. A total of 906 partners from 39 countries and regions around the world gathered to celebrate this grand event and explore opportunities for shared development.

The conference consisted of two main parts: a plenary session and a product exhibition. During the conference, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) announced impressive results for the first half of 2026: operating revenue reached $11 billion, a 42% year-over-year increase, while total vehicle sales totaled 272,000 units, up 27.6% year-over-year. Of these, heavy-duty truck sales reached 196,000 units, a 40.3% year-over-year increase, further solidifying the company’s position as the world’s leading heavy-duty truck manufacturer. In the new energy sector, CNHTC sold 25,000 new energy heavy-duty trucks in China, ranking first in the country in terms of sales volume.

Le Anh Tuan, Vice Minister of Construction of Vietnam, attended the conference and delivered a speech. He stated that Vietnam is promoting the transition to green energy in transportation and welcomed Sinotruk’s efforts to introduce new energy vehicles, smart solutions, and service systems to Vietnam. At the same time, he emphasized that products must comply with Vietnamese standards and operational conditions, and pledged that the Ministry of Construction would continue to improve mechanisms to create a transparent and convenient environment for technology transfer and investment cooperation.

General Manager Liu Wei stated at the conference that, for its global partners, Sinotruk will fully open its core resources and capabilities in new energy to create an integrated “vehicle + energy + digital + service” ecosystem solution: leveraging robust new energy R&D capabilities to precisely tailor global product solutions; utilizing comprehensive microgrid system development capabilities to provide integrated energy replenishment solutions; employing efficient and intelligent digital platforms to deliver high-quality operational solutions; and offering dedicated full-lifecycle service support to provide optimal aftermarket solutions.

At the event, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group unveiled its new energy logo—S-EV. The logo embodies the brand’s core vision of deepening its commitment to green commercial transportation and encapsulates three core values: Sustainable (low-carbon sustainability), Smart (omni-domain intelligence), and Shared Value (mutual benefit and win-win cooperation). To date, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group has introduced new energy solutions in more than 50 countries, comprehensively covering diverse scenarios such as ports, mines, logistics, and engineering infrastructure, and providing global customers with low-carbon, highly adaptable green transportation solutions.

During the event, centered on three key themes—integrated new energy ecosystem solutions, overseas application scenarios, and aftermarket service systems—China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) addressed core concerns commonly raised by overseas customers, such as scenario adaptability, power access, charging methods, product selection, reliability, intelligence levels, and after-sales service capabilities. CNHTC detailed the six key profit points that its new energy ecosystem brings to partners, aiming to join hands with them to jointly explore the vast blue ocean of the overseas new energy market.

In the product exhibition area, Sinotruk showcased 26 vehicles from its full lineup of new energy vehicles—including tractor trucks, dump trucks, light-duty trucks, and pickups—focused on six core application scenarios: resource transportation, urban construction, long-haul logistics, port logistics, urban distribution, and dual-use (residential and commercial) applications. The products encompass three major technical routes—all-electric, range-extended, and hydrogen fuel cell—and the exhibition also featured charging infrastructure, powertrain components, and full-lifecycle aftermarket solutions, comprehensively showcasing the company’s deep technical expertise ranging from a diversified powertrain matrix to a full-scenario product portfolio.

Looking ahead, Sinotruk will enhance operational efficiency through smart transportation and drive the low-carbon transition with green power. By joining hands with global partners to build a new ecosystem of collaboration and symbiosis, Sinotruk will contribute its wisdom and strength to global green mobility.
