In 2025, Shandong Heavy Industry Group effectively responded to the severe challenges of domestic and international market competition, delivering a high-quality development report card. The group’s annual revenue is expected to reach 600 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.1%, reaching a new level and placing it at the forefront of the industry. The leading advantages of its power systems and commercial vehicle businesses have been further expanded. The proportion of high-end, high-value-added products such as large-bore engines, large-scale construction machinery, and power shift tractors has continued to increase. Export revenue exceeded 100 billion yuan for the first time, and domestic new energy business revenue increased by more than 140% year-on-year.

Wang Zhijian pointed out that 2026 is the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and the group has set more challenging goals. Early planning, early deployment, and early action are crucial to achieving a strong start in the first quarter. The group must strive for advancement, ensuring new breakthroughs in the domestic market, maintaining double-digit growth in sales volume and market share, and enhancing product competitiveness and brand influence. It must also maintain collaborative efforts to ensure new breakthroughs in overseas business, deepening the integrated layout of “R&D, production, supply, sales, service, finance, and brand,” accelerating the construction of overseas platform companies and local manufacturing projects, and consolidating long-term advantages. Furthermore, it must benchmark against best practices to ensure new breakthroughs in green transformation, achieving industry-leading competitiveness and penetration rate in new energy vehicles. Finally, it must focus on value-added services across the entire supply chain to ensure new breakthroughs in strategic businesses, accelerating digital transformation and aftermarket business model innovation, and creating industry-leading integrated smart solutions.
