Five Production Lines Working Together, Flexible Production Improves Efficiency
Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company leverages its multi-production line advantages to achieve flexible production. Faced with diverse orders, it utilizes a digital system to dynamically adjust the production rhythm of five major production lines: the Laiwu plant’s dual production lines, the Dangjiazhuang plant, the Mianyang branch, and the trial production department. Each production line collaborates and flexibly allocates resources to ensure priority production and rapid rollout of products.

The Laiwu plant’s production line utilizes an EMS and BOM system, setting assembly parameters for different vehicle models to achieve automatic vehicle identification and intelligent material delivery, reducing delays in model changeovers.


The Dangjiazhuang plant implements modular battery assembly for new energy heavy trucks, improving loading efficiency and assembly accuracy. The Mianyang branch optimized production scheduling and logistics routes based on regional needs, achieving rapid localized response.

The trial production department strengthened the verification process for new models, shortening the cycle from vehicle inspection to mass production.

Each production line monitored capacity and quality indicators in real time through a shared data platform; all employees, working with a race-against-time mentality, achieved a new high of 717 units produced per shift per day.

Precise Measures, Improving Quality and Efficiency: Focusing on Standards

Entering the fourth quarter, Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company focused on key production links, strengthening quality control through standardized operations. It refined process standards, standardized employee operations, and improved the quality traceability system, achieving precise problem location and rapid closure. Specialized efforts were made to address indicators such as assembly consistency and key torque pass rate.

The Dangjiazhuang plant, combining the “quality gate” control mechanism, increased full inspection of key nodes and real-time data uploading, relying on key data collection from testing and torque data to monitor key assembly processes. Relying on the innovation studios of Diao Tongwu and Zhao Cunmiao, continuous efforts were made to optimize assembly processes and improve equipment utilization efficiency. In October, the company focused on improving processes such as lifting the cab and assembling bumpers, deeply integrating innovation and precise management to drive high-quality and stable production.

Focusing on the front line and addressing problems as needed: ‘Stabilizing Resources’

Faced with the dual pressures of production and efficiency, Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company strengthened resource collaboration with the guiding principle of “focusing on the front line and growing on the front line.” Various functional departments went to the front line to investigate problems such as production rhythm, material distribution, and equipment maintenance, establishing a “real-time response to front-line needs” mechanism. Human resource allocation was optimized, and key personnel were added based on production fluctuations.

The company implemented a “problem list + responsibility matrix” management model, clearly defining responsible personnel and resolution deadlines. Personnel skills training was strengthened, logistics and warehousing layout were optimized, logistical support was enhanced, and the quality of supporting services such as accommodation, shuttle buses, and catering was improved, allowing employees to feel the company’s care and warmth.

Strictly adhering to safety, stabilizing production and ensuring supply: ‘Promoting Delivery’

Safe production is the foundation for stable production and delivery. Jinan Truck Manufacturing Company has implemented a safety production responsibility system, built a safety prevention and control system, strengthened risk management across the entire supply chain, and intensified efforts to identify and eliminate potential hazards. Party members have taken the lead in forming inspection teams to conduct comprehensive inspections of production and transportation equipment and delivered vehicles, establishing rectification logs to track progress.

To ensure safe and stable delivery, the company established a research team to optimize the delivery process, identifying bottlenecks in vehicle pickup routes, paperwork, and vehicle inspection procedures. A “one-stop” delivery service has been launched, allowing customers to pick up their vehicles immediately upon arrival at the factory.
