China National Heavy Duty Truck Group held a ceremony for the honorable retirement of its employees.

At the ceremony, a representative of the retired employees delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude for the Group’s cultivation and support, and offering earnest words of encouragement to the younger employees. From their youthful days to their graying hair, they have dedicated themselves to their posts for decades, sharing the company’s ups and downs, its progress and growth. These simple yet moving stories not only shine with the professional glory of individuals deeply committed to their positions, but also truly reflect the dedication and commitment of countless Sinotruk employees, showcasing the unwavering loyalty and commitment of generations of Sinotruk employees who have fulfilled their promises with their youth and devoted their lives to the company.

The ceremony included the reading of the “Decision on Establishing a Glorious Retirement Care System for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group,” further improving the comprehensive service system for employees from entry to retirement, and truly creating a more distinctive, warmer, and more cohesive “Happy Sinotruk.” Facing the new journey of the “15th Five-Year Plan,” all cadres and employees of Sinotruk will steadfastly shoulder the mission of “empowering equipment with technology for a better future,” forging ahead with determination to ensure the long-term prosperity of Sinotruk and reach new heights, writing an even more brilliant chapter in the construction of a strong nation and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

More than 500 people participated in the event, including ministerial-level and above leaders of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC), leaders of Party and mass organizations from various units, representatives of retired employees, and employee representatives from various units, both online and offline.
