【Sinotruk Howo】Wang Zhijian Met And Signed An Agreement With Kazakhstani Blekov

Wang Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, met with Governor Blekov of Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan, in Jinan. The two sides held in-depth discussions on issues such as promoting the operation of the joint venture factory and held a signing ceremony. This signing is a key step in China National Heavy Duty Truck Group’s (CNHTC) strategy to deepen localization in manufacturing, R&D, and services, marking a new stage in cooperation between CNHTC and Kazakhstan.

Governor Blekov, Chairman Wang Zhijian, Usenov Borat, Counselor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China, and Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of CNHTC, witnessed the signing. Ts. Alexander Levmirovich, Commercial Representative of Saran Machinery Co., Ltd., and Zhao Hua, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of CNHTC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

Wang Zhijian expressed his gratitude to the Kazakhstani government at all levels for its strong support of CNHTC’s localization project. He emphasized that the completion of the joint venture factory is an important milestone in deepening strategic mutual trust and expanding pragmatic cooperation between the two sides. This cooperation is of profound significance for promoting the coordinated development of Sinotruk’s equipment manufacturing industry. Sinotruk hopes to leverage existing projects as a fulcrum to further expand cooperation in diversified fields such as powertrain components, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery, building a new pattern of deep integration across the entire industrial chain.

Blekov stated that Karaganda Region regards its cooperation with Sinotruk as an important engine for driving high-quality regional economic development. The region government will continue to build an open platform, leverage local talent advantages, and provide comprehensive services in areas such as joint talent training, parts supply guarantees, and project funding support, fully promoting the implementation and effectiveness of Sinotruk’s cooperation projects, ensuring that the results of cooperation benefit the local economy and people’s livelihoods.

Relevant leaders from Sinotruk’s Process Research Institute, Manufacturing Engineering Department, Investment Management Department, Kazakhstan Representative Office, and International Company participated in the meeting. This cooperation demonstrates Sinotruk’s determination to continuously expand into international markets and deepen its localization strategy, further consolidating Sinotruk’s business layout in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
